STEP SIX:
is the enrolment/implementation procedure:
Each sovereign state is within its own right to determine its own enrolment order. However, it is recommended that the enrolment order be considered based on system critical criteria and on decreasing negative climate effects. The political structure as well as energy and food production chains seem obvious to be primary considerations for early enrolment.
Recycling and waste treatment facilities are also sound choices. However, the most important aspect will lie in public support of the order itself, for which reason, the enrolment order must also have been chosen on prerequisites for its widespread acceptance. The enrolment order must make sense to the public.
Prior to enrolment, every entity entering the Solidaristic system will need to be informed that enrolment entitles them to 100% financial security in return for 100% of ones’ income and complete commitment to climate awareness in all activities and how they can decrease their negative climate footprint. For individuals this refers to recycling routines, food and product choices, household energy usage and transportation just to name a few. With everything being free, any ideas of grasping for everything that was financially out of reach should be discouraged. Overconsumption is a learned trait that needs to be unlearned. Many things we buy have no practical use other than for showing ones’ financial status – which also needs to be unlearned. For businesses and corporations, focus needs to be on recycling means, packaging design, product materials, increasing product lifetimes, worker environments and working routines. For larger entities such as organizations, towns, municipalities, cities etc, they may need to rethink regarding utility systems, energy systems, energy sourcing, water systems, sewage systems and agriculture.
The means to inform are already established thanks to the global marketing systems, social media, internet streaming services, television, radio, interactive internet courses etc. It is also recommended that a system be established for diplomas/grades for levels of acquired knowledge and community contribution engagements.
