STEP FOUR:

is deciding on evaluation procedures: For any system to be successful, there needs to be a way to evaluate the system. Evaluation requires feedback of events so that they can be analysed and acted upon.

The only way to know if Solidarism is a real alternative to our current monetary system, is to establish its plausibility by way of a pilot group. Based on the financing set-up as described in the second step, it will not be necessary for all members of the pilot group to reside within the same geographical region.

It is not expected that full political support can be acquired until after the presentation of successful results from evaluation of a pilot group are presented. For this reason, it will be imperative for this initial evaluation to provide all the necessary information that is required by deciding officials.

Weather or not continued system evaluation will be required after an eventual full system implementation, should be based on the initial evaluation findings from the pilot group. However, continued system evaluation should be expected to provide useful information for the duration of the enrolment procedure regarding optimal enrolment order, required informative steps to ensure success and optimal enrolment speed.
