STEP FIVE:
is to inform. To provide widespread understanding of how this must play out and why, as well as to inform of the intent of the process and the reasons for it:
We currently live within the restraints of the monetary system. Regardless of what we believe, we must respect the system we have and make sure that the transition away from this system is conducted safely.
To ensure an orderly transition, it will be important to ensure the following:
- That all people of all cultures are informed of, and understand, the enrolment order. For this reason, the transitional order must also have been chosen on prerequisites of widespread acceptance.
- There must be a widespread public acceptance of the transition to a solidaristic system. Depending on the level of democracy within the sovereign region, this may also require a referendum.
- It will be very important to create an understanding and awareness that both the solidaristic and monetary systems can co-exist during the transitional phase.
- It will be important to emphasize that there will be no change in the status of ownership of any property, resources or means to production as a result of the transition.
- It is also important to understand that everyone cannot become integrated to the new system at once. It will be important to understand that it will need to take some time to ensure system integrity.
- The 100/100 rule needs to be widely understood, and that entry into a solidaristic system will mean that 100% of all of one’s income will be collected as a system fee, in return for 100% financial security as a resource to aid in the transition to an eco-friendly lifestyle.
- That system commitment will require adhering to the taken commitments and that there will need to be some level of control of conformity to the same.
